Typhoon Karen Update September 13, 2012
The state weather bureau said, “Tropical storm ‘Karen’ is now a typhoon and continue moving northwest direction, but slightly slowed down at 13 kph.” PAGASA advised residents in eastern Philippines not to go out to sea.
