Motorist who hit an MMDA enforcer faces assault charge

A video that was posted in Youtube widely spread through out the internet through Facebook, wherein a certain motorist who later on named as ‘Robert Blair Carabuena‘ hit an MMDA traffic enforcer around Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City last Saturday.
Today, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is set to help ‘Saturnino Fabros‘ (The traffic enforcer) to file a case against Carabuena. They are going to file a direct assault charge against the latter after Fabros finish his task on his family.
MMDA’s traffic discipline office head, Yves Gonzalez said, “After lunch pa makakapunta si T/C Saturnino Fabros dito sa MMDA office coz pinagluluto pa niya ang pamilya niya now.”
According still to Gonzalez, the reason behind the hitting is after the enforcer asked the motorist to “stop so he won’t block the intersection.”
Gonzalez continued saying, “He went straight anyway. Enforcer approached, and that’s when things turned ugly.”
But according to television host, Bianca Gonzalez who took the side of Carabuena and posted it on her personal Twitter account saying, “Apparently, Carabuena’s side is that enforcer hit his car and nagmura daw? But for me, still no reason para sapakin niya.”
As to MMDA’s traffic discipline office head, he said, We’ll let the judicial process run its course.”
