At-last, Kris Aquino‘s marriage with basketball star James Yap is now declared null and void by Makati Regional Trial Court after the latter had filed it mid month of 2010.

It was said in a report made by ABS-CBN, Kris quoted the ground used to finalized the petition given to the court is the lack of authority of the officer who solemnized their marriage 5 years ago.

Now that the annulment had been put to end, Kris and James will have another chance to search, love and marry someone else (hoping that it will be their last.. ).

However, James Yap was only given by the court the visitation rights, that makes Kris Aquino have the custody of Baby James who still gain his Father’s last name.
