Are you bored from the way your Facebook profile looks? Beware! this is a warning post against the Facebook new cyber-scam, that will promise to change your FB profile display.

Sophos a computer security firm said, “the scam claims to allow users to ‘switch’ to a pink or red profile instead of the boring blue profile.”

Sophos said in a blog post, “Predictably, the point of all of this sharing is to drive more traffic to the scammers’ link where an online survey will pop-up. The more people who take the survey, the more commission that the scammers will earn.”

This is just the same from those other Facebook malware scam that whoever click on the given link it will give the user what the scam message promise.

First thing that the Facebook customization scams do, they will told you to share the link to your online friends.

Then secondly, they will asked you to leave a comment praising their new pink or red Facebook – which could act as an endorsement.

On it’s blog said, “Clearly there’s a demand for such customization – even if it serves no practical purpose. But just make sure that your hunger for a pink-themed Facebook doesn’t lead you into a scheme designed purely to earn money for scammers.”
