Westlife splitting up after their Farewell Tour on 2012?



According to a news related site, Westlife, an Irish Pop Band put together by pop impresario Louis Walsh is about to split up after their Farewell Tour this coming year 2012. It had been almost 14 years when the group was established. They’ve gain so many fans and support, and lots of people around the world have love them, but their still chose to break up to pursue new ventures in life.

They made lots of singles in their career and 14 of it had been featured as number one, still the band made this issue clear.

“The decision is entirely amicable and after spending all of our adult life together so far, we want to have a well-earned break and look at new ventures,” Westlife said in a statement on their website.

“We never imagined when we started out in 1998 that 14 years later we would still be recording, touring and having hits together. It has been a dream come true for all of us.”

Early 2004, Bryan McFadden, one of Westlife‘s original member was the first one who’ve left the group, but even though they down to four, the group maintained their journey and released six more albums.

Meanwhile, it says that Westlife will be playing a nine-date farewell tour by next year, which will due to end in Glasgow by May, but having no shows in their hometown of Ireland.

For those who’s following Westlife‘s career, their second greatest hits album is to be release by November, but the sad part is, that album will be their last.
