Tropical Depression Ramon bringing heavy rains to Metro Manila



“Tropical Depression “RAMON” has slightly slowed down as it passed close to San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. ” according to weather expert at the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported this Thursday, October 13, 2011.

PAGASA said, “Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 – 25 mm per hour (moderate – heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.”

Meanwhile, PAGASA said, “Public storm warning signals elsewhere have been lowered.”
