PAGASA: 2 to 3 Cyclones to develop this October

There will be 2 to 3 cyclones are expected to develop and inside the Philippine area of responsibility this October, weather expert at the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported this Wednesday.
PAGASA said, “Based on climatology, we expect two or three tropical cyclone this month of October to develop or enter the (Philippine Area of Responsibility).”
PAGASA added, “Luzon is still reeling from two cyclones that entered Philippine territory in late September — “Pedring” (Nesat) and “Quiel” (Nalgae)”
PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5:00am. October 5, 2011:
“At 2:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 590 km East of Visayas (12.0°N, 131.4°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.”
