The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said, there’s a sudden change in the direction of the tropical storm international codename, “Kulap” that cause to enter in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) with a local codename Tropical Storm ‘Nonoy‘ this Friday.

Tropical Storm Kulap will enter PAR Friday AM and will be called Trop Storm NONOY. Trackline is towards southern Japan.

If ever Tropical Storm Nonoy continue to move in the Philippine Area of Responsibility, this could be the first of “3 or 4″ storm that will enter this month.
