Actress Maja Salvador can’t hide her happiness when she started to watch her movie “Thelma” on the red carpet premiere last Sunday. She said, because of that movie, she started to feel like running again if she would ever had a free time to trained.

She said,“Kapag libre po ang schedule pero gusto ko po mag-training pa sa running.”

Thelma is a story of a boyish runner girl who lives in the poor family in where she will do everything just to reach her dream for her family. This indie-film is all about the life of the Filipino athletes specially those runners.

She thank Director Paul Soriano for making the movie so good and it’s worth it.

Maja said, “First time po. Sobrang ang galing ni Direk Paul. Itinago niya sa akin yung pelikula, hindi niya pinapanood sa akin. Now napanood ko, sobrang ganda po. Nakakatuwa dahil sulit po ang pinaghirapan namin. Sobrang happy kami.”

“Thelma” will be shown on September 7, 2011 nationwide. Watch for it and support the Filipino Indie Film.
