William Jones Cup 2011 Update – Smart Gilas 3rd loss now to Iran

For Smart Gilas Pilipinas Semi-Finals game versus Iran, they have lose with a score of 59-78 (lose-win). This is a game that will specify if they are about to move forward for the final game. Though they still can play for the final game of the 2011 William Jones Cup, Smart Gilas Pilipinas can no longer grab the championship award, but they may still win the 3rd place.
Tomorrow, PHL‘s team will be playing another game and will face for the second time the team Chinese Taipei. This will be a breath taking game, for they both want to grab the 3rd place of the 2011 William Jones Cup.

im going to pray that the gilas’ players are 100% healthy and their games faces are ON! if there’s one thing wrong that i saw last night (vs IRAN), it’s i can tell that they’re tired & seems to not be as focused as during their previous games. they have the goods, prayers & thirst for the win is gonna get them that medal. how hungry are they to get that medal?? GO GILAS!!
