August 2, 2011, Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr. had announced the suspension of colleges, universities and so with government agencies due to continues heavy rains and flooding all over NCR (National Capital Region). The suspension was declared an hour ago, and was said to be that the suspension will start this 1pm.
It was Presidential Spokesperson Edwin Lacierda who post the announcement on his official twitter account to ensure that public will be informed.
