This is a courtesy call to the public to be vigilant while celebrating this coming New Year  starting today,  PNP Chief Director General Raul Bacalzo urged the public to report those Policemen or any civilian doing indiscriminate firing this New Year’s celebrations.

Because every years, there have been cases of persons being hurt because of indiscriminate firing of guns. Added to that, policemen are also strongly advised against lighting firecrackers.

At  PNP stations, their guns will be sealed and initialed before January 1, New Year, as a safety measure of preventing such incidents to happen again.
